Education qualification- and experience requirements
BSc nursing( honours)  / BSc nursing from in Indian Nursing Council recognised Institute of University or  BSc post certificate/ post basic BSc nursing from an Indian Nursing Council recognised Institute or university
 registered as nurses in midwife in state/ Indian Nursing Council
 Or  diploma in general nursing midwifery from in Indian Nursing Council recognised Institute board or Council
 registered as nurses in mid to wife in state/ Indian Nursing Council 2 year experience in minimum 50 Beded hospital after acquiring the qualification
Experience
 candidate will have to furnish experience certificate on letterhead of the institute Hospital agency with letter number & date of issue and number of beds in hospital 
without which the institute reserve the right to reject the candidate at any stage of  recruitment
 experience for the post wherever required must be a post qualification experience 
अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र
उम्मीदवार कोसंस्थान,अस्पताल ,एजेंसी के लेटर हेड परपत्र संख्या और जारी करने की तारीख औरअस्पताल मेंबेड की संख्या के साथअनुभवप्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करना होगा  ,जिसके बिनासंस्थानभारती के किसी भी स्तर पर उम्मीदवार को स्वीकार करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है जहां भी आवश्यक हो पद के लिए अनुभव एक पद योग्यता अनुभव होना चाहिए 
आयु सीमा  18-40 वर्ष तक
आयु सीमा में छूट
उत्तर प्रदेश के निवासियों के लिएजो की आरक्षित श्रेणी में आते हैं,उनके लिए govt.  द्वारा निर्धारितआयु सीमा में छूट दी जाएगी जैसे कीअनुसूचित जाति,अनुसूचित जनजातिएवं अन्य पिछड़ा वर्गजो कि नॉन क्रीमी लेयर के अंतर्गत आते हैं 
डिसेबिलिटीया शारीरिक रूप से विकलांग उम्मीदवारों के लिएओबीसीएवं gen . श्रेणी के लिए अधिकतम 5 वर्ष ओबीसी अनुसूचित जाति अनुसूचित जनजातिके लिए 10 वर्ष तक की छूट दी जाएगी 
आवेदन शुल्क
अनारक्षित,अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग/ईडब्ल्यूएस के लिए  
अनुसूचित जाति अनुसूचित जनजाति के लिए
शारीरिक रूप से विकलांग सभी व्यक्तियों के लिए    छूट रहेगी-कोई फीस नहीं लगेगी
